Mother dead after accidental shooting by 7-year-old son in Kirkuk

KIRKUK, Jan. 29 — A heartrending event unfolded in Kirkuk on Monday when a 24-year-old housewife was accidentally shot and killed by her 7-year-old son.

The fatal incident occurred after the child inadvertently discharged a Glock pistol owned by his father, a police officer.

This tragedy happened in their residence located in the Al-Filq area.
