Iraq Central Bank reports over $286 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Sunday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $286 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $9,000,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $277,768,053, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $286,768,053.
