Residents repair dilapidated road in Sulaymaniyah’s Piramagrun

SULAYMANIYAH, January 4 – Residents in Sulaymaniyah’s Piramagrun sub-district have taken it upon themselves to repair a dilapidated road that connects four communities.

Peshawa Khasraw, a resident of Kani Chnar village, has actively participated in the endeavor, and described the road’s condition, saying it had caused damage to several vehicles.

Khasraw said villagers were dissatisfied by a lack of response from authorities to repeated requests for road repairs of the approximately six-kilometer stretch of road linking Piramagrun to  Charmaga, Taramarakon, Kani Chnar, and Qazan.
