Experts hold talks with Kurdistan Investment Board

Egyptian agriculture entrepreneurs pledge support to developing sector in Kurdistan

ERBIL, November 30 — A delegation of Egyptian agricultural entrepreneurs is holding discussions with the Kurdistan Region’s Investment Board with the goal of supporting the region’s agricultural sector.

The delegation reportedly pledged its commitment to collaborating on agricultural initiatives by increasing the number of investors and industry experts to benefit the region.

Bargasht Akrayi, spokesperson of the Kurdistan Region Investment Board, emphasized the significance of Egypt’s agricultural expertise, noting that their experience and guidance in farming and planting would prove valuable for the Kurdistan Region.

Akrayi further highlighted Egypt’s thorough land cultivation practices and mentioned that the current Cabinet is devoting a great deal of attention to agricultural projects.
