Nancy Ajram postpones concerts in solidarity with Palestine

ERBIL, November 9 — Lebanese artist Nancy Ajram has postponed all concerts in solidarity with the Palestinian people, including an upcoming Erbil concert scheduled for November 16. The Erbil venue’s management has requested that customers contact them for ticket refunds.

Ajram was scheduled to first hold a major concert in the Kurdistan Region’s capital on October 16, at the MI9 Hall, with most tickets already sold. However, the performance was cancelled one week before the scheduled date, along with a number of other planned appearances.

A Facebook post by MI9 Hall read: “To all our valued customers in Iraq, the Kurdistan Region, and all Arab countries, the concert of artist Nancy Ajram has been postponed due to the challenging circumstances in Palestine/Gaza until further notice. All esteemed customers wishing to refund their ticket value are requested to contact the hall management.”
