Iraq central bank reports over $294 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Sunday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $294 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $12,600,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $281,890,036, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $294,490,036.
