Iraq central bank reports over $293 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Tuesday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $293 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $19,750,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $273,559,442, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $293,309,442.
