Five injured in car crash on Kalar-Darbandikhan road
DARBANDIKHAN — A traffic accident injured five people on the road between Kalar and Darbandikhan on Wednesday morning. The injured were transported to the hospital for treatment, according to the Garmian Traffic Directorate.
The accident occurred when a Nissan Navara heading towards Darbandikhan veered off course near the village of Lawawan, hitting a concrete barrier. The Garmian Traffic Directorate reported that the road had been closed at the time, likely due to poor driving conditions.
The incident resulted in injuries to the driver and four passengers, who were taken to Shaheed Mala Ahmed Hospital in Bawanur district for medical attention.
The local traffic authority stated that an investigative team has begun examining the incident to determine its exact cause.
