Participating countries include Egypt, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan, and more. Organized by Al-Mada Publishing House, the event continues its partnership with 964media for a second year.

The fair runs until April 27, showcasing a wide variety of books from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. daily. Daily coverage will be available through the 964 Tube platform.

This year’s edition boasts over 1.5 million titles in Kurdish, Arabic, English, Persian, Turkish, and more. Visitors can expect discounts on books from participating publishers, with many launching new titles.

Beyond browsing and shopping, the fair also includes a schedule of seminars, workshops, and discussions focused on cultural exchange and literary development.

The 2024 theme, “Your Intelligence is Not Artificial,” looks to highlight the importance of human intelligence in literature alongside advancements in artificial intelligence.
