Nanakali hospital in Erbil hosts event for children with cancer

ERBIL – February 15 marks International Childhood Cancer Day worldwide, and in observance, Nanakali Hospital in Erbil hosted a special event for children battling cancer.

Dr. Peyman Ali, a hematologist at Nanakali Hospital, informed 964media that the hospital registered cases for 180 children last year, with 120 of them being diagnosed with cancer.

To celebrate this day, a child protection organization distributed gifts and sweets to the young patients, aiming to infuse their tough treatment journeys with moments of joy and hope.
