Iraqi Central Bank reports over $231 million in daily forex transactions

BAGHDAD, November 21 — The Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) announced on Tuesday its one-day foreign currency sales surpassed $231 million.

The bank’s data revealed that total cash withdrawals amounted to $20,990,000, while total transfer amounts abroad, including transfers and credits, reached $210,629,160. The overall total sales amounted to $231,619,160.
