‘Made in Iraq’ expo in Sulaymaniyah showcases domestic output

SULAYMANIYAH — A three-day commercial exhibition opened Wednesday in the Tasluja area of Sulaymaniyah, showcasing domestically manufactured products from across Iraq and the Kurdistan Region under the banner “Made in Iraq.”

Organizers said the fair serves as a platform for local manufacturers to present their goods to both business buyers and the public. Around 40 Iraqi companies are taking part, and nearly 1,000 merchants and business owners have visited the exhibition so far.

The event brings together firms from federal Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, highlighting a range of local production capabilities across several sectors.

The exhibition runs through Friday, Dec. 5.
