Slight rise in temperatures, mild conditions across the country

BAGHDAD — Iraq’s Meteorological Authority reported Thursday that weather conditions across the country remain generally clear, with some scattered clouds in central and northern areas.

According to the report, temperatures have risen slightly by 1 to 2 degrees Celsius compared to Wednesday. The weather is expected to be cool in the early morning and warm during the day, while mountainous areas remain the coldest.

Winds in western regions are northwesterly, ranging from light to moderate at 10 to 20 kilometers per hour, with intermittent periods of calm.

Horizontal visibility may decline in the morning due to dust and pollutants, ranging between 5 and 7 kilometers.
