Iraq Central Bank reports over $297 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Monday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $297 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $14,250,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $283,699,433, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $297,949,433.
