Iraq Central Bank reports over $280 million in foreign currency sales
BAGHDAD – The Central Bank of Iraq announced Wednesday that its foreign currency sales in one-day transactions exceeded $280 million at the official exchange rate of 1,310 Iraq dinars per $1.
Total domestic cash withdrawals downs to $12,650,000, while the total amount of transfers abroad, including remittances and credits, reached $268,125,565, according to the bank’s data. The overall sales totaled $ 280,775,565.
