Hotline established for reporting pharmaceutical complaints

ERBIL, January 27 – The Kurdistan Region’s Quality Control Directorate has established a hotline for reporting complaints about medications and related issues.

Citizens are being encouraged to save the hotline number in their mobile phones for quick access.

Statement:

Dear citizens, you may report any medication-related concerns, including those at pharmaceutical companies, drugstores, pharmacies, and unauthorized locations, to our department via WhatsApp at this number: 07502356000. This initiative enhances our ability to conduct prompt monitoring through specialized committees within the Market Surveillance Department and keep you informed about the outcomes.
